Vampire!Arthur x Reader: Part XI

Part XI –

The bloodsucking leech pulled away from my neck. All I could feel was my pulse becoming hard at the place I was bitten. I laid down on the bed, trying to catch my breath. Arthur fixed his collar and wiped the side of his mouth with his thumb. He brushed my hair back and kissed my forehead.

"You'll feel better in a few minutes." He whispered.

With all my strength, I lifted myself up and bit his neck. Arthur let out a yelp, as I bit him hard enough to open his skin. He began to scold me on how I would gain nothing from biting him. I felt the blood on my tongue and I pulled away immediately. I had accomplished what I wanted.

"What the hell were you trying to do!?" He yelled holding his neck.

"So, you could see how it feels… to be bitten…" I sighed, starting to feel a little better.

Arthur sighed and got up from the bed. He pulled another bottle and gave it to me. I looked at it, and it was just water. I began to feel better, as he went to another place in the basement. Once I felt better, he came back with a cloth.

"There's no hole in your neck, but there should be a bit of dried blood on you." He said, handing me the cloth. I wiped my neck getting up from the bed.

"You said, you'd claim me…" I said.

"Just temporarily, I can't exactly do that, there are other vampires here you know." Arthur smirked.

I looked around and noticed the two large clumps of blanket off at a corner. Arthur put a finger at his lips, telling me not to be so loud. I shrugged and handed Arthur the cloth. I told him, I'd go upstairs until the sun went down. It was about two in the afternoon so the sun would go down in a few hours. I rubbed my neck trying to get the slight pain out of it.

The living room was empty, but the television screen was on. I sat down on the couch and looked at the screen; it showed today's weather forecast. When, suddenly there was a loud crash coming from the kitchen; I ran to the kitchen and found Gilbert there laughing and Chika really mad.

"What the hell, Gil!?" She said, I could see how she was wanted to laugh.

"What happened?" I asked, she looked up and immediately forgot about the pot on the floor full of pasta.

"Arthur and you-!" She jumped up and down enthusiastically, "You and Arthur-! You two-!"

"Yeah, we're "together" now…" I said, then mumbling "I guess…" Chika smiled and held my hands with hers.

"You two are going to be the best trust me!" She beamed. I pulled my hands away, nodding but trying to find a way out.

"You're creeping her out, Chika." Gilbert laughed, enjoying the show.

"Oh! I just find them so cute!" She squealed. I slowly began to step away from her, (I think she was overreacting with the whole thing.) but as I walked away Gilbert walked towards Chika.

"You think they're cute, but what about me?" He wrapped an arm around her waist.

"What?" She smiled, "You're awesome."

I quirked an eyebrow and almost gasped out loud when I saw Gilbert kissing Chika. I turned around blushing that I was eavesdropping. My eyes widened at the sudden discovery. Then I realized she was down at the basement with Arthur and now she was up here with Gilbert… was she… using both? I turned around and threw my last dagger (since the other I used with Francis) at them; Gilbert pushed Chika a little as it missed both.

"What's up,___________?" Gilbert chuckled.

"You're with her?" I felt a vein pop with anger.

"Yeah, she's my awesome girlfriend." He said, holding her waist, "You have a cute boyfriend, so now we're even."

"She's totally using you! She was downstairs with Arthur!" I yelled, stomping my foot to the ground. Then, Chika laughed. I felt the anger bubbling up in my body; I was going to expose her so she won't be laughing for long.
