The way the wooden floor creaked at the light steps you took, the feelings of that sweetly scented wind going through your body, and the sound of the music moving your body in perfect unison was all simply intoxicating. However, the person playing the music was simply more intoxicating. You knew Roderich Edelstein, by name only, but you knew everything about him, the way his expression changed at every note he played, how his fingers moved across the soft keys of the piano; you found yourself starring at him every day.
Yet you never could tell such a luxurious man your feelings. A mere dancer could never reach the status of Roderich. Therefore, you would translate your frustration through dance. His music would move your body to show how much you craved for him. Nevertheless, once the music would stop you'd clam up and become shy, thinking about him watching you was too much for you to even think about it.
"Alright ladies! In one week is our big performance in the Carnegie Hall! So, be sure to be first thing in the morning tomorrow."
You knew that it was your big chance. Roderich would be playing the piano, and of course your whole class would be performing. However, you had a solo part. The light would shine on you and everyone would watch. That didn't make your stomach turn into mush; what did was Roderich was going to watch you. You would be the center of the whole performance in those mere seconds.
You blushed as you got to the dance studio the next morning. You thought this over and over, thinking only that thought for the night. You had your ballet shoes in one hand and your bag in the other, when you heard someone playing the piano. You were in the hallway, but since it was early and there was no on in the studio you could hear every note as if you were right next to it. It came from your Practice room. You took a peek inside and Roderich playing. You felt your face become hot as you noticed him playing and your heart skipped a beat every time you heard a different note play. You quietly stepped inside, since you had to practice; you had to go inside, however Roderich stopped playing once he saw you walk in.
"Oh!" You panicked, "Don't mind me! I only came for more studio time!" He smiled and closed his books of notes.
"You're ______, right?" He asked, his voice off tune, but cute nevertheless.
"Yea-yes!" You blushed; he got up and walked to your direction.
"I've seen you dance before." He said, "You're a really good dancer."
" You blushed looking away from his gaze, "Thank you. You aren't too bad on piano." He touched your cheek moving your face to your direction.
"You shape the music I feel." Roderich said.
You looked up and gazed into his eyes. His violet eyes gleamed in passion, he reached for you hand and pulled your shoes out of his hand. You let go of them and he smirked.
"Let me put these on for you." He smiled.
You nodded as you sat on the bench behind you. You put your bag down as Roderich pulled your flip-flops off of your feet, kneeling down in front of you. He leaned towards your feet and kissed the top off your feet; you gasped holding your mouth.
"You have such soft skin." He smiled.
He looked up and kissed your lips. You closed your eyes enjoying the feeling of his lips against yours, and his tongue rubbing against yours. His long slender fingers feeling your curves. Roderich pulled away and finally kissed your neck as the final note.
"Will you teach me how to dance?" He grinned. You blushed and nodded in agreement, as he lead you to the dance floor, pulled very close to him, you felt your heart beat fast. You both swayed to the beat of your hearts.
